Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels Instructor Training: Module 1

Saturday, November 14th: 9am to 5pm
Sunday, November 15th: 9am to 5pm

Introduces the Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Chair and Barrels to provide a complete education on the Pilates system. Includes beginning and intermediate level exercises on each piece of equipment along with safety, set up and their role in the Pilates studio environment. Each piece of equipment provides a unique training environment to create a well-rounded experience for a client or class.

Prerequisites:
Mat 1, Reformer 1, 20 Pilates studio sessions (recommended), 1 year work experience in related field (recommended).

Notes: Please note that 2026 will be the last year that we offer the apparatus courses as individual modules. Beginning in 2027, we will only offer the apparatus courses as levels – Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels: Module 1, Module 2 and Module 3. Please contact us if you have any questions.
