There’s a sacred kind of magic that happens when we return to the body.
Next May, I’m honored to be co-hosting a weekend retreat with my dear friend and fellow movement educator, Amanda Curd. Together, we’re inviting you to join us for Anchor to Embodiment: A Transformational Pilates Retreat — happening May 15–17, 2026 in the breathtaking North Georgia Mountains at Elohee.
This retreat has been on our hearts for a long time. Born out of years of practice, healing, and a shared belief that movement can be a path to self-awareness, restoration, and joy.
Why “Anchor to Embodiment”?
In a world that often pulls us into overthinking, overdoing, and disconnecting from ourselves, embodiment becomes a powerful anchor.
Through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, we return home to the body — and from that place, we move with more clarity, strength, and ease.
This weekend will offer just that: a pause… a reconnection… and a remembering of your wholeness.
What You Can Expect
- Pilates practices rooted in breath, flow, and functional awareness
- Gentle embodiment sessions to support nervous system regulation
- Nourishing meals and community — because how we feed ourselves matters
- Time in nature for rest, integration, and presence
Whether you’re a Pilates teacher, student, or someone simply craving a deeper relationship with your body, this retreat was designed to meet you exactly where you are.
