Live, online FOUR-WEEK SERIES introducing Spinal Release Yoga.
Want to learn how to open up into a state of calm and inner ease? This uniquely gentle practice can help you use alignment and support to reach into the body, unwind deeply held tensions and release hidden stress.
This subtle practice is soft, non-athletic, and fully supported.
It provides a sweet experience of “un-doing.”You do not need to be “flexible” to participate!No prior yoga experience is necessary.
In this 4-week series, you’ll experience the most basic elements of this method with detailed guidance and attention, as we move through a subtle yet deep practice. You’ll discover how you can use certain items you have in your home, like blankets, pillows, and a chair, to create the kind of support that allows the body to let go ~ at the level of the SPINE and radiating out from there.
A full list of props + where to find them in your home will be provided with your registration.
Each week, a PDF document will be provided, outlining keynotes for that week’s practice, including how to properly sequence and set up your propping. A recording of the entire series will also be made available at the end of the four weeks.
