Please Note:

• To book an appointment or purchase a package, you will need to log in or create a MindBody account. If you don’t have one, you will be prompted to create one during the process.
• All sessions booked online are “requests.” You’ll receive a confirmation email when your session is accepted by the instructor. This is to prevent any confusion or scheduling issues on the part of both the instructors and clients.
