Through intentional, gentle movement, breathwork, and Pilates inner core training, you’ll safely and consistently build strength in all areas of life, physically and beyond.
Mindfulness
Practice using the mind’s energy with intention to influence and change the body. Train your mind to re-interpret pain as your teacher. That relationship will inform you and chart your course for recovery and lasting healing.

Leslie Clayton, Body Awareness Coach
Leslie is the founder and director of the Body Awareness Studio, a Balanced Body Master Instructor known for using Pilates and integrative tools to relieve pain and rebalance the nervous system after physical or emotional stress. She is inspired by the body’s bio-intelligent wisdom for healing and gives her students new ways of thinking and moving in life. She’s using breath, movement, and sound to create a unique process for cultivating higher consciousness, self-awareness, and healing.
