Group FitnessThe EDGE

The Edge is a name we created for small groups and individuals who are interested in stepping to the edge of their comfort zone Mentally and Physically utilizing the Pilates Method. Students in this class must know the intermediate level Pilates exercises and hve the desire to discover deeper levels of freedom and strength.

If you are a new student please make sure you contact us for a private lesson prior to signing up for the group classes. Your private lesson will be used to evaluate your skill level.
