Relax, unwind, and release stress and tension from your body and mind.  Renew classes utilize the Pilates Reformer, mat and small props to offer support while stretching, strengthening and unwinding the tension in your body, mind and spirit. Our qualified instructors will help you let go of old, painful movement patterns while you strengthen your core and stretch your whole body.

Renew 101: In this group reformer class you will learn basic Pilates exercises as well as therapeutic exercises designed to unwind and retrain your breathing, posture, basic functional movement patterns. This class is for people who need a slower pace and want to fine tune their alignment and body placement.

Renew Advanced: In this group reformer class you will learn intermediate and advanced Pilates exercises as well as therapeutic exercises designed to unwind and retrain your breathing, posture and basic functional movement patterns. This is a slower paced Pilates class for people who have been studying Pilates for a while and want to fine tune their intermediate and advanced practice.

Note: These Renew Classes are safe for people who experience minor back, neck, hip, or knee problems.  If you need a slower paced workout, Renew 101 or Renew Advanced is the class for you.

  • Getting Started:  Please make sure you contact us for a private lesson prior to signing up for the Renew group classes. Your private lesson will be used to evaluate your fitness level, teach you how to set up and use the apparatus and discover your personal modifications.
