“Gratitude and Pilates”

November is a month in which we sit back and take stock of all the things that we are thankful for in our life—family, friends, careers, etc.  It dawned on us that in the 21 years that Body Awareness Studio has been in business, we have often heard our clients talk about how thankful they are for Pilates!  It made us curious to see what it is about the Method that has inspired gratitude in our Pilates participants at Body Awareness.  As a result, we have made thankfulness our theme of the month here at the studio and have collected testimonials from clients sharing how Pilates has made a positive impact on their life! In the spirit of this season of gratitude, we are sharing a little of that goodwill with others by hosting a food drive here at Body Awareness Studio. All donations will go to the  Community Action Center.  The CAC Food Pantry receives around 950 visits per month and your generosity allows them to give food to neighbors in need.  You can bring your donations to the studio or directly to CAC through the month of November. The CAC has specifically requested the following items:  Beans (Dry or Canned), Beef Stew, Canned Fruit, Canned Meats, Canned Vegetables, Cereal, Snacks, and more.
